Rooted in a passion for premium organic goods, the Finnish gourmet shop Rakkaudesta luomuun Oy marks the very first investment by East Egg Expeditions Oy. Built on decades of close friendship, this partnership perfectly captures our family's vision of what responsible investing should be.

Origins

In November 2025, East Egg Expeditions Oy partnered with Marika Auersalmi’s MaBio Oy to establish Rakkaudesta luomuun Oy in Helsinki. The brand quickly grew from its roots, opening its first physical store in Töölö in March 2026 and launching its online shop shortly after in May.

Every product selection reflects a deep passion for high-quality, artisanal food and drink—guided by shopkeeper Marika Auersalmi’s 30+ years of pioneering expertise in the organic industry.

Located at Messeniuksenkatu 1, Helsinki, “Rakkaudesta luomuun” invites food lovers to discover an exquisite collection of organic delicacies—from Mediterranean olive oils and artisanal pastas to rich chocolates, specialty coffees, and non-alcoholic sparkling wines. Hand-selected by founder Marika, each product from Italy, France, Spain, and Greece tells a story of quality and craftsmanship.

“Rakkaudesta luomuun” is more than a grocery store; it is a celebration of taste. And with the launch of its online shop, customers can now enjoy this world of flavors delivered straight to their kitchen table.
